Shipping and returns
Once your order has been completed and paid for on our online store, it will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. The package will be delivered within 1 to 10 business days depending on your selected shipping method.

Return and exchange shipping costs are at your expense.
To make an exchange, the item must not have been worn or washed. It must be in its original condition, meaning undamaged, clean, odorless, and free of pet hair.
